Booking & Payment
How do I book a tour?
You can book a tour by contacting us through our contact form, email, or phone. We'll confirm availability and send you booking details with payment instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and cash payments. A deposit is usually required to confirm your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes! You can modify your booking up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Are your tours private or group tours?
We offer both private and small group tours. Most of our tours are limited to small groups (max 15 people) to ensure a personalized experience. Private tours are available upon request.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides speak English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German. Let us know your preferred language when booking.
What should I bring on a tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), water bottle, and a camera. For specific tours, we'll provide a detailed packing list.
Are meals included in the tours?
It depends on the tour. Some tours include lunch or wine/food tastings. Check the tour description or ask us when booking for specific details.
Transfer & Logistics
Do you provide hotel pickup?
Yes! We offer pickup from most hotels in Catania, Taormina, and surrounding areas. Let us know your accommodation when booking.
How long are the tours?
Tour duration varies from 4 hours to full-day experiences. Each tour description includes the expected duration.
What if my flight is delayed?
For airport transfers, we monitor flight times and adjust pickup accordingly at no extra charge. For tours, please contact us immediately if you'll be late.
Accessibility & Special Needs
Are the tours suitable for children?
Most of our tours are family-friendly! Some tours may have age restrictions due to difficulty level. Contact us for specific recommendations based on your children's ages.
Are your tours accessible for people with mobility issues?
