GENERAL INFORMATION AND TERMS OF SALE

All our tours are guaranteed with a minimum of two participants.

Please inform us, during the booking process, of any specific physical requirements of the participants.

Animals are not allowed on our regular tours, but may be accommodated on private tours organized to meet any special needs.

During the tour, participants must follow the instructions provided by the guide.

Each tour includes: round-trip transfer from the pickup point indicated at the time of booking with a 9-seat minivan, a multilingual guide, and everything listed under "the tour includes" at the end of each tour description.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND LIABILITY

Up to 24 hours before departure, no penalty applies. Less than 24 hours before departure, a 50% penalty applies, and for no-shows, a 100% penalty applies.

Departure and arrival times may vary up to a maximum of 30 minutes, even without prior notice, due to traffic, technical failures, or causes beyond our control.

In case of schedule and/or itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances regarding our destinations, refunds will be considered based on the specific situation.

Organizers reserve the right to cancel the trip for causes beyond our control, but the tour cost will be fully refunded.
